Information we collect
When you contact us through the website form, by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you provide. These may include your name, email address, phone number, message, vehicle details and the location where you need assistance.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, arrange vehicle recovery or roadside assistance, and communicate with you about the service. We use this information because it is needed to take steps you request before a contract or to provide the service you book. We may also keep records where necessary for accounting and legal obligations.

How long we keep your information
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up on the request. If you book a service, we keep the relevant job and payment records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal obligations. We delete information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
